It’s been a busy few months here at JobClinic Headquarters, getting ready for our launch on the 1st of March, 2019 (pre-launch on the 1st of February, 2019). We hope you’re all as excited as we are!
For our Techie followers and those interested in how our software actually works, we've decided to give a brief snapshot of our software development process to date. However, if you find that the devil is in the detail, you can download our development schedule here.
Following is a screenshot of our development schedule.
Since the 3rd of September, the JobClinic development team has constructed our various system frameworks, including modules for the framework, extractor, analyser, matcher, scoring system, etc. At the moment, our teams are working in the areas of Data Analytics (DA), Framework Development (FD), Strategy Development (SD), Website Development (WD), and Quality Assurance (QA).
To break down our software:
The framework module is responsible for handling mass requests, dispatching different requests to other modules and linking the various sub-systems.
The extractor module is designed to extract valuable data from CVs/ Resumes and job descriptions for later use. It also pulls information on companies from LinkedIn as well as employee profiles from various social media sites, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
The matcher module contains various algorithms which match your CV with the uploaded job description and company information. This module also matches the data collected by the extractor module from the previously mentioned social media sites.
The scoring system is typically designed to score a customer’s CV.
